Free shipping on All Orders. No Minimum Purchase
Most orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. However, in peak seasons, shipment can take up to 5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email reflecting that your order has been shipped, along with tracking number(s).
If you don’t see tracking number after paying for an order, there are a few possibilities:Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons:
- Billing and shipping addresses are not the same.
- The order is pending a credit approval and verification.
- A product is currently out of stock.
- An order is shipped to the remote country.

Additionally, customs can hold up a package for a number of days. Because we work with reliable couriers, this rarely happens and if it does it will be handled efficiently.
We ship orders from our fulfillment center, (United states, France, and United Kingdom) by oversea mail service. After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. For international orders, after arriving to your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service.
If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, or if we encounter delivery problems from your chosen delivery location (Ships From option) when placing your order, we will ship your order form our main fulfillment center in China where we stock a large quantity and style of our toothbrush.
Standard Shipping Time:However, we refund your order if you do not receive it in 5 weeks from purchase day.
Don't be alarmed if you don't receive all items in a large order at once, we don't like to keep our dear customers waiting so we send each item as soon as it is done processing.
Shipping is via local postal services once dispatched from the origin, and hence shipping times can vary seasonally.
Wrong address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
Lost or stolen package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any further questions on how to do this, please reach out to our customer support team.
