FAQ

When will I get my products? 

  • Our standard shipping takes 3-5 business days to process your order and 12-20 business days for shipping. This means on average it takes 25 days for your order to arrive. We do our best to expedite, and often you will receive the product much sooner.
  • Due to unforeseen issues with couriers or logistics, we cannot guarantee shipping timeframes. As a small (but growing!) boutique, we do not have the same resources as a big box retailer or Amazon. What we do have, though, is a dedicated team whose full-time job is to ensure your satisfaction. We do everything our power to get your clothing to you as soon as possible.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered 
  • Sometimes our items will ship separately, so you may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails with unique tracking numbers. 

Is my information and payment method secure? 

  • Our store is built and payments are processed on the Shopify platform. They have the most state of the art technology built in to keep your information safe. Your security is our #1 priority, so we take it a step further.  We have partnered with McAffee Security to give every customer $100,000 identity theft protection when they purchase on our site.  You can shop safely on our site knowing you are protected.  

How do I track my order? 

  • You will receive order confirmation email, and then once your order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a tracking email with specific tracking for your order.  For your convenience we have an order tracking page where you can input all of your tracking numbers and see the status of where your order is and when it will be to you! (see Track Order at the bottom of page) 
  • Please note it can take a minute for the tracking number to sync with your package, so if it does not show right away, don't worry! 
  • Many of your items will ship separately, and some items may arrive before others. Do not worry, your items are on their way! 

 

Do you accept returns? 

  • Yes – please see our Refunds & Returns Policy page for more details. Your satisfaction is our goal! However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items if the United States Postal Service has confirmed delivery. We can try many things if your package has been lost in transit, but we can’t do much if it’s stolen from your porch, unfortunately. 

     

      Does your clothing run true to size?

        • Our items tend to run true to size. Because our items come from different artists, though, we do not have one universal sizing chart for our website. We add specific sizing charts for products when designers provide it, or we measure them ourselves, especially if an item is popular. If an item runs smaller or larger than usual, we will add a note to the product description. And we always appreciate feedback. Babies grow fast! We want to make sure you have the right size for the right time.
      • Can I wash the clothing in a washing machine? 

        • a. Most of our clothing is machine washable, on gentle cycle in cold water. Be sure to line dry these items, or lay flat – do not put them in the dryer!
          b. Faux fur and leather items are dry clean only.
          c. Please do not machine wash shoes or hair accessories! We know little ones love to run around in the mud after a rainstorm, but our shoes aren’t designed for rumbling around in the washer.
